A few weeks ago I posted a desperate message on my Facebook page asking if anyone knew how to sew a giant tutu. My friend Heather responded and suggested I try the “no-sew” method. So I did a search on YouTube and sure enough, came across this very helpful how-to video. The no-sew method seemed pretty Jenn-proof so I set forth to gather an insane amount of ribbon and tulle to embark on Project Giant Tutu.
