Have I got your attention now? Good! I am proud to announce the return of the wildly popular Chef’s Tour of the Market cooking series and benefit for the Pike Place Market Foundation. The series kicks off this Saturday, January 14 and will run every Saturday through February 11. We have five amazing Seattle-area chefs featured — check out the line-up below:
- January 14: Simon Zatyrka, Cutter’s Bayhouse
- January 21: Franz Junga, Il Fornaio Seattle
- January 28: Jelle Vandenbroucke, ART Restaurant
- February 4: Wayne Johnson, Ray’s Boathouse
- February 11: Garrett Abel, DeLaurenti Specialty Food & Wine
Each tour is $75 per person and limited to 14 people. Advance online registration is required. Proceeds benefit the Pike Place Market’s human service agencies (clinic, preschool, senior center, food bank), which collectively serve more than 10,000 homeless, low-income and elderly residents of downtown Seattle each year.
So what are you waiting for — gather some friends and family members and sign up for what’s sure to be a great time!
